Chesterfield area celebrates Fall

Two fall festivals have been planned for the Chesterfield area toward the end of October.

The event here in town will be the 2nd annual Chesterfield Fall Festival. In the plaza, from 1:00pm to 3:3 pm attendees will be entertained by live music from Russo & Company. From 4:00pm to 6:00pm the, Chesterfield Amphitheater stage will feature Paul Rodgers tribute band Alright Now, The Firm and Free, and Summer of ‘69: Bryan Adams Experience.

The free event will also feature a craft vendor market, photo booth, hayrides, carnival rides, and a mechanical bull. Some activities for the younger set will be pumpkin painting, petty zoo, miniature pony rides, face painting, and balloon twisters. Everybody can enjoy an array of food venders.

The 2nd annual Chesterfield Fall Festival will take place from 1:00pm to 6:00pm at the Chesterfield Amphitheater, 631 Veterans Place Drive on Saturday, October 21st.

During the same afternoon, Crossings Fall Spectacular, over in nearby Maryland Heights, will have meet-and-greets with costume characters, pumpkin painting, trick-or-treating with lots of candy, and free food.

Pictures taken at events such as this often go to local Stationery printers to become Halloween cards and/or note sets.

Although the event will be free, guests must RSVP to get reservations for either the 3:00pm - 5:00pm or the 6:00pm - 8:00pm time slots.

The Crossings Fall Spectacular will take place Saturday, October 21st at 2955 Smiley Road, Maryland Heights.
