The 3rd annual Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce Blossom Bolt has been scheduled for April.
The 5K and 10K courses will be flat out and back trails. The 5K begins just west of the Chesterfield Business Parkway at Edison Avenue and heads back to the finish line at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport KSUS. The 10K will continue north past the airport KSUS and turn around on Foxtrot Taxiway. There will also be a half-mile fun run for kids 10 years old and younger.
Some of the proceeds will go to The Longest Day – an annual fundraising activity sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association.
On race day, registration will be $35 for the 5K, $40 for the 10K and $15 for the kids’ run. Those registering before March 20 will be guaranteed race T-shirt (sporting the event’s running daisy graphic design and each sponsor’s Logo Design) in requested sizes. Those signing up between March 21 and 31 will get T-Shirts but not necessarily in the size requested. After that, they will not be guaranteed.
Early packet pickup will be at Orangetheory Fitness Chesterfield 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm on April 9 and from 8:00 am until noon on April 10.
Participants for all three runs will meet at the intersection of Edison Avenue and Long Road, Saturday, April 11. The 5K and the 10K will begin at 8:00 am and the Sprout Spring will start at 9:00 am.
