Macramé is an art form that uses jute and other fibers to create a variety of objects. A Plymouth craft and sip will teach some of the basics of this crafting technique, offering fun for both newbie and experienced knotters.
The event, which will be held in the taproom at Arbor Brewing, will teach the basics of macramé. The group will be assembling plant hangers, and the instruction will be provided by Greenshields Macramé.
According to the planners of the session, the attendees will be taught the basics of the craft so that they can quickly complete their project. They can then use what they have learned to create other items. The hangers will be made from cotton cream cord, and its finished length will be approximately three feet.
Tickets for this workshop are $35, and this includes the materials as well as one drink ticket. It recommended that the attendees bring along the pot they will use in the hanger, but this is not a requirement. Offering the students in a class like this guides that explain the techniques they will learn will make it easier for them to begin another macramé project at home, and Stationery printers can prepare these sorts of items.
Arbor Brewing Plymouth has scheduled this activity for April 26. Everyone is welcome to get knotty, but keep an eye on the event listing to make sure it goes ahead as and when planned.
