This June, the MSU (Michigan State University) Varsity ‘S’ Club will hold its annual golf outing for club members to enjoy a day of golfing and fellowship in Lansing.
The MSU Varsity ‘S’ Club is an athletic organization for Michigan State University athletes that have achieved a varsity letter, as well as all lettered team managers and elected honorary letter winners. Every year, the club organizes a golfing event for these members, as well as their friends and families.
The Varsity ‘S’ Golf Outing 2021 will take place on the Forest Akers Golf Course and will be limited to the West Course. Before the event, there will be a socially distanced breakfast with breakfast sandwiches, sweet rolls, water, bottled juice, and coffee. Lunch and snacks will also be available later in the day. The actual golfing event will begin with a shotgun start at 9:00 am. The prize categories will be Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, and Lowest Score (for men, women, and co-ed groups).
The event is scheduled for June 2, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Registration and breakfast begin at 8:00 am. Ticket prices are based on individual and group registration. For more information, visit MSU Varsity ‘S’ Club’s website.
