New concert venue unveiled in Baltimore

Plans were recently revealed for a major concert venue to be located within the city’s proposed entertainment district.

The Horseshoe Casino Baltimore’s owners said they would like to develop a concert venue that seats 4,000 in the new district. The venue would be located between the M&T Bank Stadium and the casino, and a variety of acts would be booked into the new space. Nearby, Topgolf has proposed building one of its high-tech driving ranges. Promotional Products can be distributed at the opening of projects like this.

The cost of the new concert hall is estimated at $50m, and it would be approximately the same size as the MECU Pavilion, which is located in the Inner Harbor, on Pier 6. However, it will be not match Royal Farms Arena, which is in the downtown’s west side, and one of the largest venues in Baltimore.

Eric Costello, a city councilman, said that the concert venue coupled with Topgolf will make good additions to the proposed Warner Street entertainment corridor. He added that these state-of-the-art attractions will provide both residents and visitors reasons to enjoy all of Baltimore’s various entertainment options.

Caves Valley Partners co-owns the site of the proposed concert venue, along with the Paramount Theater of Huntington, New York. Theater officials said they would like to book the same type of acts that appear in Huntington into the Baltimore venue, including hip-hop, metal, jazz, and classic rock, as well as non-musical events.
