Baltimore to hold expo for tree care industry

The Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) will organize an expo at the Baltimore Convention Center in November.

The TCI Expo is a multi-day experience where people can connect with vendors in the tree care niche and learn from professional presenters. Attendees can find products at the convention that can improve their tree care services and receive hands-on training through educational activities on the tradeshow floor. There will be more than 30 educational sessions offered throughout the event, and more than 260 exhibitors. People can browse booths from companies like Maple Leaf Ropes, BIK Boom Trucks, and Clogger.

The TCI Expo was first held in 1990 to bring tree care suppliers and arboriculture professionals together. The event is open to all tree care industry members, including climbers, crew leaders, and plant health care (PHC) technicians. The TCIA is a trade organization established in 1938. The group was initially known as the National Arborist Association and has grown to 14,000 members. People can join the TCIA for benefits like access to training programs and giveaways.

The tree care expo will take place from Thursday, November 7 to Saturday, November 9. An all-access pass to the event will cost $795 per person, though discounts are available to TCIA members and those who register early. Prices for the event will increase after Tuesday, November 5. Companies that participate in niche trade shows like this may use banner printing to stand out from other attending businesses.
