Singing group seeks new members
The A Cappella Singers of Metrowest Boston are looking for adults to join the group. Those who have soprano and alto voices are most welcome.
This is a chorus group formed in 1963 and is celebrating over 60 years performing as a group. They perform a wide range of music that includes secular, sacred, classical, contemporary, and jazz and perform both a cappella as well as accompanied by a small group of musicians.
The group has a new location for its rehearsals: St. Andrew's Episcopal Church on Maple Street in Framingham. Residents of Natick who have the requisite singing voices may be interested in joining this area group.
Rehearsals are on Monday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Rehearsals do not take place over the summer but will take place on September 8, September 15, and September 22.
A grant from the Natick Cultural Council, which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, is supporting the 2025-2026 season.
The A Cappella Singers have two concerts every year—one for the holiday season and one in the spring. These concerts are performed at St. Andrew’s Church and at the First Congregational Church on East Central Street Natick. The holiday concert this year will be on Saturday December 6 and Sunday December 7.
Such groups can benefit from poster printing to help encourage people to join and to inform the community of upcoming concerts.
