The Natick Mall will soon be home to Alma Gaúcha Brazilian Steakhouse. This will be the third location of the restaurant which offers a rodízio-style dining experience.
The establishment will be near the Apple Store and Nordstrom. It will be in the space that was once home to The Met Bar & Grill.
The owner and founder of the restaurant is Nelson DeOliveira. He is currently working on the permitting process in Natick and looking to have a liquor license approved. Once the needed permits are approved, construction will begin and it is expected to take three months to complete the new eatery.
Alma Gaúcha brings the Brazilian tradition of churrascaria dining to the area, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy a continuous selection of meats grilled over a fire and served tableside. Servers circulate throughout the dining room with a variety of cuts of pork, chicken, beef, and lamb, while diners also have access to a salad bar stocked with fresh produce, imported cured meats, aged cheeses, smoked salmon, hearts of palm, and other accompaniments.
The bar at the restaurant features an assortment of wines, beers, and handcrafted cocktails, highlighted by its selection of Brazilian caipirinhas. Made with cachaça, sugar, ice, and fresh fruit, the signature cocktail is available in flavors including passion fruit, strawberry, and mixed fruit.
Banner printing is often used at such sites to inform visitors to a mall of such upcoming dining experiences.
