Raymour & Flanigan is now open in the space previously occupied by Lord & Taylor in the Natick Mall.

Raymour & Flanigan is family-owned retailer of mattresses and furniture, based out of Liverpool, New York. This is the seventh location of the store in Massachusetts and its 150th location in the United States. The showroom in Natick is the largest in the chain at 105,000 square feet.

The grandson of its founder and president of Raymour & Flanigan, Seth Goldberg, said that this is their second store in the region as the Boston market offers many ideal opportunities for the store.

The Natick showroom comprises two stories and features styles ranging from classic to contemporary, with brands including American Leather, Jonathan Louis, and HM Richards. It also has the largest sleep center in the chain with comfort testing that enables customers to try various types of mattresses before making a selection. The store also has a room dedicated to immersive entertainment with the latest furnishings designed for home theaters that connect to stereos and television with Bluetooth.

Such new stores can benefit from brochure printing to highlight their products and unique offerings.

Regional director of sales, Tom Clay, said that what differentiates Raymour & Flanigan from its competition is that it is still owned by the family with about 5,000 people serving customers, including those who deliver products.
