Pickleball and dining venue on the way for Natick

A large pickleball venue with 21 courts will be opening soon in Natick.

To be called Bosse, the venue will span 100,000 square feet. It is a collaboration between D.J. Bosse, the former tennis professional who also owns Bosse Sports in Hyde Park, and Chris Coombs, a chef based in Boston known for his endeavors in the world of fine dining.

Coombs will oversee the beverage and culinary offerings. His plans for Bosse include a restaurant featuring rustic Italian dishes; a sports bar and lounge with New American fare; a culinary experience that can be enjoyed courtside; and a café open all day with smoothies, coffee, and Parisian-inspired baked goods.

Local print shops can play a role in highlighting such a range of dining experiences with flyers, posters, and other printed materials.

Bosse will be in what was once the space of Neiman Marcus in the Natick Mall. Coombs himself has said that the space is architecturally stunning. This will be his first dining experience outside of the city of Boston. He was looking for a location with a large footprint for all his culinary endeavors; the space in Natick was thought to be ideal.

Coombs and Bosse hope to make the venue a memorable and vibrant destination for both food connoisseurs and sports enthusiasts. Bosse is slated to open in the second half of this year.
