The Natick Artists Open Studios (NAOS), which has been held for many years, will be hosting a downsized event this month, with a date also set for the main event next year.
Denise Girardin, a painter, said this year the group be hosting an Art in the Park event in South Natick at Shaw Park. About 25 tents will be at the park with artists showcasing their work from several media, ranging from paint and fiber to photography. This will be held on Sunday, October 17 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Banner printing can be used to create signage at such events to promote the work of artists. Local printing services can assist with the creation of Banners to suit any purpose.
The expanded NAOS will be held next year in the spring. Open Studios is an event where artists in Natick open their studios to the public or present in group locations to display their work in a relaxed atmosphere. It presents an opportunity for residents to learn how art is made, see it, and talk directly with the artists. As with Art in the Park, there will be artists who are woodworkers, jewelry-makers, sculptors, and work with metal, fiber, glass, and other media. In past years, over 80 artists have participated in this special event.
This event will be held on Saturday, April 30 and Sunday, May 1, 2022.
