Dinner theater fundraiser to be held in Natick
A pop-up dinner theater fundraising event will be held by the Mass Debt Relief Foundation (MDRF) at the Natick Community/Senior Center later this week.
The MDRF is an organization that provides a helping hand through legal services and debt education to individuals impacted negatively by debt through no fault of their own.
In addition to raising funds for the MDRF, the event will explain how anyone can undergo a serious event that can cause them to experience catastrophic debt. The evening is made possible by Six Corners Entertainment of Boston & North Hollywood, California and will present four short plays. There will be an emcee who will discuss debt relief and examine its many stigmas.
The comprehensive and customized debt education program of the MDRF will directly benefit from the funds raised from this event. Richard Ravosa, attorney for the MDRF, said that the organization provides legal services in crisis situations.
Tickets for an Italian dinner prior to the show and the show are $75, while tickets for the play start at $35. There will also be a silent auction and the winners will be announced at 9:00 pm. Such unique events, their fundraising efforts, and their benefits for the community can be promoted with poster printing.
