Nationwide Career Fairs has announced that it will be hosting a major career event in Baton Rouge.
The event is designed to connect employers and employees and allow local employees to gain access to local talent.
The event will be attended by hundreds of potential employers, including local employers and representatives of Fortune 500 companies. Sectors that will be present are across the entire career spectrum and include human resources, financial services, retail, and banking.
Attendees are encouraged to dress to impress and potentially be prepared for on-the-spot interviews. If possible, attendees should bring Business Cards and be ready to collect the same.
Nationwide Career Fairs has also noted that they have positions available for many individuals who will not actually be at the career fair. For a full listing of businesses that are actively seeking employees, interested attendees should email hr@nationwidecareerfairs.co.
Businesses that are looking to hire can still register for the event by visiting the website.
The event itself is being held on Monday, June 12, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. It will be held at the Hilton Hotel, which is located at 201 Lafayette Street. The event is completely free for interested job seekers. Potential businesses do have to pay a registration fee that comes with a spot at the fair, job advertising, and more.
