Baton Rouge’s distinguished annual real estate event, the TRENDS seminar, will be held at the end of April.
The event will draw approximately 1,000 professionals associated with the commercial and residential real estate industry. This will include investors, property managers, financial institutions, developers, and many others.
Organized by the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS® Commercial Investment Division, President of Loren C. Scott & Associates, Dr. Loren C. Scott will keynote the event. He is an esteemed Louisiana based economist and Professor Emeritus at Louisiana State University. He can frequently be seen on CNBC and Bloomberg, sharing his expertise in economics, particularly on Louisiana’s economy.
The event promises to examine the market to review current conditions across the residential, multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and finance sectors. The goal is to provide an opportunity for real estate industry professionals to understand and analyze the state of the local economy, and also focus on emerging trends. It is meant to create a space where people can share insights, compare experiences, and learn from one another.
