The Cap City Beer Fest has announced they will be hosting their premier event again this year.
This year’s events expand on previous events, offering more beer, food, and outside vendors. The Beer Fest has also announced that a portion of all proceeds collected will go to benefit the Companion Animal Alliance, a local nonprofit organization that seeks to save local animals and put them into good homes.
As the name implies, attendees of the event will have a chance to sample beer from some of Baton Rouge’s best restaurants and bars. The event will also feature vendors, restaurants and more, meaning that there is a chance for individuals to enjoy themselves shopping, eating, and drinking. Attendees can also attend to buy merchandise, and all proceeds will benefit local animal shelters.
The event will be held on Sunday, November 5, from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm. It will be held at 650 N. 4th Street in Baton Rouge. The downtown location will allow attendees to explore the city’s historic downtown, visit local businesses, and collect Promotional Products from participating vendors. There are also still opportunities for individuals to volunteer or sponsor the event. Interested businesses or attendees should see the website for additional information.
Tickets are $10 - $85, depending on the package that attendees are interested in purchasing.
