The HPC arena in Baton Rouge will be the host of a leadership class this week. The speakers for the event will be Scott Daly and Tim Knight, both of whom are from the company Focus 3.
Focus 3 is an advisory firm based in Ohio. It provides consulting resources for organizations by providing clear and engaging training tools. These have helped strengthen cultures, empower people, and strengthen leaders. More information about its learning programs can be found on its website.
Tim Knight is the founder of the organization. He has studied elite performers and discovered their patterns of behavior, using this to build a system everyone could use.
Scott Daly is the organization's Director of Training. He has experience training Navy SEALs to perform at their best levels, and has adapted this experience to Focus 3's lesson system.
The doors for the event will open at 7:30 am. Light breakfasting and networking will follow, no doubt including the opportunity to exchange Business Cards.
The official event will begin at 8:15 am, when Scott Daly will give his presentation, titled The Journey To Elite, to start the morning. This will be followed by Tim Knight giving a presentation calledRelentless Leadership.
