Jazz to return to Baton Rouge

The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge has partnered with River City Jazz Coalition to bring the 2021 season series to the city, starting in a few weeks.

Renowned performers will be featured throughout the concert series. Some of the artists include Jazzmeia Horn, Warren Wolf, Poncho Sanchez, and Delfeayo Marsalis. Herman Jackson will be the recipient of the annual Hall of Distinction award, which will be awarded in the spring.

Brochures are often used to promote musical performances. They can contain images, schedules, content, and ticket information in either a bifold or trifold presentation. Local printing services can assist with this.

Through the efforts and sponsorships of the National Endowment of the Arts, the community is engaged through resources, education and advocacy provided by the organization. The goal is to ensure communities are connected in a healthy and vibrant manner as they enjoy the many performances made available.

All 2021 concerts will take place at the River Terrace at Shaw Center for the Arts in an outside setting for the safety of attendees.

The Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge has more information about upcoming featured artists. Tickets to all River City Jazz Masters performances can be purchased at the Manship Theatre box office, or online via the venue’s website. The series will begin February 24, and run through May.
