Have a beer to save animals in Baton Rouge

Lafayette Park will be the site for a popular upcoming beer festival in Baton Rouge. Companion Animal Alliance will present the Fifth Annual Cap City Beer Fest at the Shaw Center for the Arts.

The local animal shelter will benefit from proceeds from the beer festival. Tickets include a 2oz glass for sampling and access to as many beers from across the globe as they like. The event is dog-friendly, so well-mannered, leashed canines are welcome to attend with their owners. Live music will be hosted by the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge’s Sunday in the Park.

The 2019 sponsors include Stantec, DIG, Coca-Cola, Visit Baton Rouge, Splash and Dash, and 102.5 radio station. Often, organizations utilize printing services for brochure printing for events such as this type of festival. The Brochures can be printed in full color with enticing images and related content to promote the event.

Gourmet food and goods will be featured by local vendors on a cash purchase basis. Banner printing is available at Print shops for vendors to optimize their visibility with large signage in their areas. Non-alcoholic drinks will also be available for underage guests.

The event will take place November 3 from 12:30 to 4:00 pm. Admission is free. For those planning to sample the beer tastings, tickets may be purchased online.
