Engage Louisiana has announced that the community will, once again, be holding its annual Fall Fest.
This event – a highlight within the Baton Rouge community – shows off the various strengths of Baton Rouge and gives residents and businesses a chance to have fun and mingle, while also supporting the local food bank.
Engage Louisiana officials have specifically highlighted numerous components of this year’s event, including live music from numerous local bands across various musical genres, an artisan market from local craftspeople selling products, and a range of food from across the community.
Officials say that dozens of food vendors from across the Greater Baton Rouge area will attend, ensuring an array of local cuisine. There will be plenty of family activities – including games, exhibits, and kid-friendly activities – along with views of the local fall foliage.
Local businesses from across the community will be on hand, selling their services and giving out Promotional Products. Residents and attendees are encouraged to take plenty of Shopping Bags along and be prepared to support local community members.
The event is being held on Saturday, October 1, from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The venue is Pointe-Marie, which is located at 14200 River Road in Baton Rouge. Admission is free with a donation of a canned food item to the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank.
