The purpose of this event is to allow Baton Rouge women the opportunity to better understand the various ways community vendors offer a slew of self-care products and services to help them fully care for themselves.
The event features a vendor fair that will host dozens of services from around the Baton Rouge area. Organizers say that services will focus on physical and mental health, meditation, skincare, yoga, and more. Attendees will have the chance to pick up some Promotional Products from various businesses.
There will also be a variety of activities throughout the duration of the event, including networking, self-care workshops, a meditation session, and speaker sessions.
Rebirth Magazine is available throughout the Baton Rouge area. According to its website, the magazine views itself as:
“[a] vehicle to educate, empower and inspire women.”
The event is taking place on Friday, July 19, and will run from 7:00 to 10:00 pm. The East Baton Rouge Parish Library at 7711 Goodwood Blvd. will be the host for this event, which is free to attend.
