Louisiana Culinary Institute will present a class for locals on artisan pasta making. The event will take place at the entity in mid-July.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn how to make artisan pasta. The instructor is Chef Jeanne Mancuso, who will keep the class moving along as participants explore mixing, and move onto the rolling and cutting functions. Enjoying classic Italian favorites is the goal at the end of the class for all of the students.
The leisure class will teach students how to make delectable Italian dishes, including homemade pasta, linguine with shrimp and vegetables, and goat cheese tortellini flavored with basil pesto. To top off the tasty event, a lemon mascarpone ravioli dessert will please the palate.
Specialized classes and community courses are often outlined in a brochure. The brochure printing can include the key points of the event, along with images, locations, dates, times and pricing. The Brochures are typically direct mailed to a database or made available at different points.
