Banditos unite in Baton Rouge

Bringing a little rock and roll along with some country, the Bandito Festival is coming to Baton Rouge this summer.

Combining the cultures of Americana and south of the border, the festival celebrates with a Louisiana touch.

Presented by Williamson Eye Center, the event tests the culinary expertise when it comes to tacos and BBQ. Food vendors will compete for the best in each category, as well as offering tasty temptations during the festival. Live music throughout the day adds to the excitement.

Vendors often work with local printing services in obtaining signage. Banner printing creates large, visible messaging typically printed on canvas in full color. The Banners can be placed in the vendor booths highlighting their products.

The event supports “Behind the Line Baton Rouge”, a non-profit supporting first responders and their loved ones.

The line-up of performers includes Steven Earl and The Dukes, Elizabeth Cook, Dalton Wayne and the Warmadillos, Drivin and Cryin, and Reverend Horton Heat.

VIP tickets include front stage viewing of the performers, tented areas including fans, a Bandito T-Shirt and commemorative poster. Four drink tickets and two food tickets that can be redeemed at the food booth and access to the after-party is also part of the package. The party will feature Dash Rip Rock.

The Bandito Festival will take place at the Galvez Plaza on June 27.
