A new Direct Admit Program has been implemented by Northern Kentucky University (NKU).
This program will enhance the efficiency and accessibility of its admissions process and increase access to higher education in the region, which includes such cities as Southgate. It will simplify the process of enrollment for prospective students and provide them with a pathway that is more straightforward for securing a spot at NKU. The university will be the first public institution in the commonwealth and in the tri-state area to offer such a program.
The program will enable qualified students to bypass the application fee and application process and receive an offer of admission to NKU based on criteria that have been predetermined. NKU will contact students in high school with a GPA above 2.75 about their admission, after which students will be able to begin the formal enrollment process.
Brochure printing can be used to provide more detailed information about such programs, and such Brochures can be distributed to qualified high school students in the area.
Associate provost for student success and strategic enrollment planning, Dr. Ryan Padgett, said that this program demonstrates the commitment of NKU to fostering an inclusive learning environment. Padgett hopes that this program will enable students from all backgrounds to pursue a college education.
The program will launch on August 1 for students considering enrolling at NKU for the fall of 2025.Get a Free Quote for Brochures
