This center is at the Findlay Community Hub, and may be of interest to parents with young children who live in nearby Southgate.
Learning Grove has preschool classrooms that are Ohio 5-STAR rated and is known across Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati for its early childhood education. Children from six weeks old up to and including five years old will be served by the center. The curriculum of Learning Grove is backed by research and focuses on ensuring youth will be socially and cognitively successful.
The Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC) said that this new facility is about 75% complete. The early childhood learning center spans 8,400 square feet and the community center is 60,000 square feet. Both facilities will be supervised by the 3CDC.
Banner printing is often used at such sites to inform residents of significant developments.
TriHealth will be partnering with 3CDC in the project. Mayor Aftab Pureval said:
“This landmark investment by the City, 3CDC and our partners has the chance to catalyze real, significant vibrancy in North OTR. Every community deserves access to great services and great facilities, and with TriHealth and Learning Grove joining the team, we’re on the path to making it happen.”
The project is expected to open in January of next year.
