Leadership workshop to be featured in northern Kentucky

The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce is holding a special event next month, which may be of interest to residents of Southgate.

Stationery printers can help to spread the word about such events by preparing Postcards and other mailers to send out to businesses in the area, explaining the benefits of such a workshop.

Mike Sipple Jr., CEO and co-founder of the Talent Magnet Institute and President of Centennial Talent Strategy and Executive Search, will be talking about how to re-energize a team in 2021. He explains that although leaders are resilient and bring discipline, insight, and creativity to their personal leadership, they often fail to invest in the other people in their organizations. Sipple said that leadership can learn how to work with their team to do more for them.

During the virtual session, Supple will focus on three changes that leaders can make to strengthen their leadership; provide a helpful assessment tool regarding a levels of stress and self-leadership; and share methods and data to help combat loneliness for leaders and their team.

Executive and senior level people-leaders who work in the area of employee engagement, human resources, human capital, and talent development will benefit most from this session. Those who are interested in the session can register on the Chamber’s website. This session will take place from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm on Thursday, January 28.
