Kentucky hospital set to launch capital campaign

The St. Elizabeth Cancer Center in Edgewood is currently under construction. The St. Elizabeth Foundation will be holding its Golf ParTee next month to begin its campaign in the community to raise funds for the center.

The St. Elizabeth Cancer Center serves residents in Northern Kentucky, including Southgate, and the greater Cincinnati area.

The new facility is 233,000 square feet in size and once it opens in the summer of next year will be the leading comprehensive cancer center in the area.

Central Bank has announced that it will match individual donations up to $50,000 and community donations up to $1 million as part of the campaign. Poster printing can be used throughout the region to encourage fundraising efforts by promoting such announcements.

Market President for Northern Kentucky of Central Bank, Jim Ubel, expressed the pride the bank has in working with St. Elizabeth Healthcare to improve the health of those living in the area. He added that the bank is the community bank of Northern Kentucky and wants to support the community by investing in the health of friends, family, clients, and employees.

President and CEO of St. Elizabeth, Garren Colvin, expressed his appreciation of the support of Central Bank towards raising funds for the new facility. The investment will enable the center to care for and improve the health of those in the region for many years.
