Company to expand in Northern Kentucky

R.A. Jones & Co. is planning to upgrade its facility in Covington in Kenton County with an investment of over $2 million. The company designs and manufacture Packaging equipment and will be creating 20 high-salary jobs for residents over a period of 10 years with this upgrade. Residents of Southgate with the requisite skills may be interested in these new positions.

The company will be purchasing new equipment and making other updates at its facility on Crescent Springs Pike. Machinists, service technicians, fabricators, and electrical and mechanical engineers will be among the positions that will need to be filled, many of which often require business card printing services.

CEO of R.A. Jones, Jonathan Titterton, said that tax incentives from the state will enable the company to expand its service and manufacturing capabilities, invest in corporate projects and initiatives that will strengthen its workforce, and increase research and development resources to enable the company to reach its full growth market potential over the next 10 years. Titterton said that the company is honored to have been selected for these tax incentives which will enable the company to maintain its 115 years of contributing to the economy of Northern Kentucky.
