Ashley Builders Group will be joined by Fischer Homes to build 60 homes developed at the residential community at Memorial Pointe in Southgate.
Market President for Fischer Homes Northern Kentucky Division Manager, Jason Finch, said that his company has deep roots in Northern Kentucky and will be supporting the community as it honors and remembers those who lost their lives on the site, which once was home to the Beverly Hills Supper Club, in the fire of 1977. He added that the company will be contributing to the memorial being built to honor those people, as well as the efforts of the first responders to save them.
Ashley Builders Group spokesperson, Bill Kreutzjans Jr., expressed his thrill in having Fischer Homes join his company at Memorial Pointe.
Memorial Pointe spans 80 acres and can be reached from Blossom Lane and US 27. There will be 20 homes built on the site and the collection of homes will be part of the same community of homes at Villa Grande, which is a series of luxury homes situated above Interstate 471 in Fort Thomas. More information about such residential communities is often made available with the help of brochure printing services.
A building of 200 apartments is also being constructed at Memorial Pointe by Vision Realty Group, partnering with North American Properties.
