Richmond event to welcome dads and daughters

Next month, a Richmond venue will be rolling out the welcome mat for an event that will give daddies and daughters some special time to spend together.

Lake Buck Lodge at the Bluegrass Army Depot will be welcoming daughters and their daddies (or another special man in their lives) for a daddy-daughter dance. Both adults and children's passes have been made available, and its organizers warn that it tends to sell out quickly.

Attendees will be able to hit the dance floor, and the adults may want to keep their phone or camera at the ready to capture pictures. Dinner will be served to the guests, and everyone can spend some time choosing their favorites at the all-you-can-eat dessert bar. The festivities will run for two hours, and all ages of girls are welcome.

In today’s busy world, people may appreciate the chance to slow down and appreciate some time spent with their family. An organized event gives them a time to do so, and banner printing and other services for a function can be sourced from an area printer.

The 12th annual Daddy Daughter Dance will be welcoming fathers and their little girls on Friday, February 9. Its doors will open to ticketholders at 6:00 pm, and the planners can be contacted by phone by calling 859-779-6464.
