A Richmond fundraiser will take a page from the Halloween season this October, with a gala affair scheduled at one of its top arts venues.
The EKU Center for the Arts will be opening its doors for the Moonlight and Masquerade Arts Gala, which is being brought to the community thanks to the Richmond Arts Council. Everyone is encouraged to fully enter the spirit of the occasion by wearing a mask if they feel comfortable doing so, and tickets start at $54 for members and $60 for the general public.
The soiree will put the talents of the Salsa Center of Lexington, Kelly Caldwell and Kashmere, and Jason Lindsey in the spotlight, and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served to the guests. A cash bar is in the works, and everyone can try their luck in bidding in the silent auction. The function is limited to adults only.
