Portage wine lovers invited to early summer celebration

Portage oenophiles who would like to add to sample a variety of vintages, and perhaps even add to their own personal collection, will have an opportunity to do so while they enjoy an evening with their friends.

More than 100 wines will be brought together in the Valparaiso Wine Festival, and those who attend will be able to try them all. Unlimited sips will be the offered, and white, red, and sparkling choices will all be included.

Experts will be on hand to discuss the different varieties, and along with the beverages, antipasto plates will be served. Guests who would like an even larger meal will be invited to purchase some of the food that will be available, and there will also be live entertainment.

Ticket holders for the festival will have an opportunity to purchases individual bottles and even whole cases of any of the wine they would like to add to their own home collections. Brochure printing can be used to crate guides to the various offerings for an event like this that include descriptions of each of them and the winery that produced them.

This salute to local wine lovers will be taking place in Valparaiso’s Central Park on July 14. Both general admission and designated driver tickets have been made available for purchase, and these start at $15 each.
