An event that celebrates the special connection between mothers and sons is on the way for Portage, and Woodlawn Park will be the venue for the festivities.
The Mother Son Party in the Park will give moms and their boys an opportunity to make some memories, and it's for kids from the ages of 3 to 11. It will be offered at Woodland Park’s Sycamore and Oakwood Halls, and both residents and non-residents may purchase tickets.
The guests at the celebration will be treated to a pizza party, and there will be music playing to help build a festive atmosphere. A soda bar will let everyone create their own special beverage blend, and cupcakes will be on the menu as well. Each of the mother and son duos can stop by the photo booth with props, and jumbo style games and bounce houses will round out the festivities. Tickets start at $35.00 each.
