Tribute event for popular movie director scheduled for Barrington

Horror movie enthusiasts will want to make plans wisely next month, as a film event celebrating the works of director Alfred Hitchcock is making a visit to Barrington.

Dann and Raymond’s Movie Club has announced an evening dedicated to watching and analyzing famous Alfred Hitchcock movies in the coming weeks, and Barrington film fanatics are invited to attend.

The event will be hosted by film critics Dann Gire and Raymond Benson. The two critics will discuss and critique the famous films produced by Hitchcock. Guests can expect lively discussions, jokes, and insights from the experience.

Gire is a renowned film critic for the Daily Herald and a film instructor at Chicago’s Loyola University. Benson is well-known in the industry for his nine published Books, and has an extensive past critiquing films. Poster printing can be a great way to raise awareness of cinematic events like this in the Barrington community.

The movie critics will discuss several Hitchcock films, including Rear Window, Psycho, and Notorious. Attendees will take part in discussions and learn about the subtleties of these famous films during the event.
