An evening of Italian food is coming to Barrington next month to provide residents with a taste of authentic Mediterranean cuisine.
The Flavors of Sicily event will begin in a few weeks, and Barrington residents are invited to attend and provide new flavors and experiences to their taste buds.
Upon arrival at the culinary event, guests will be treated to an Italian Spritz beverage. Attendees can then pore over a menu full of classic Italian and Sicilian dishes to try.
The menu will feature delicacies like Fennel Sausage Arancini, Chicken Palermo, and Pane Rustico. Each menu option is paired with a wine designed to bring out the flavor for a fuller experience.
Other drink options will be made available for substitution to fit the needs and wants of attendees. Brochure printing can be a good way to share information about the ingredients and origins of each menu option at culinary events like this.
The evening aims to help educate guests on the best wines available in Italian and Sicilian cuisine. It is open to all individuals 21 and over, and reservations close 48 hours before the event begins.
Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant will host the event on Monday, March 11, beginning at 7:00 pm and ending at 11:00 pm. Tickets cost $69 per person and are available online.
