Fall charity car show to be held near Barrington

Barrington families on the hunt for an outing they can all enjoy may want to stop by an activity that will take place locally this fall.

The Club at Wynstone will be the venue for a vehicle show, and anyone who would like to register a car can do so for $20 each. Spectators will be asked to make a generous donation of non-perishable food, which will be collected for donation to an area food pantry.

The participants in the afternoon will be able to put their pride and joy in the spotlight, and a trophy will be presented to the overall best in show. A raffle is in the works, and the kids can try their luck at the games and other activities. Food will be available as well.

The function is being hosted thanks to the efforts of Kelleher + Holland, LLC, Attorneys at Law. All monies raised will be donated to the activity’s charity of choice.

Car owners and the general public alike are invited to be a part of this vehicle-filled fundraiser, which will be held on September 17. The function will run from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
