A Chicago-based brass band is stopping in Barrington to celebrate the Fourth of July, and residents and visitors are invited to come out and enjoy the music.
The Chicago Brass Band Quintet is scheduled to appear in Barrington in a few weeks. The band will play songs celebrating the Red, White, and Blue and add to the festivities for Independence Day during the town’s famous parade.
The band, which formed in 2002, has a history of performing throughout the Chicago area. The quintet comprises trumpets, a French horn, a trombone, and a tuba. The band hopes to provide rousing tunes to help attendees get into the spirit of the celebrations. Banner printing is a captivating way to display the band’s name and draw guests toward the stage at such events.
The band will perform in conjunction with the parade, which will work its way through Barrington starting at 10:00 am. The parade and band are both hired and sponsored by the Village of Barrington, and they aim to help interested parties enjoy a memorable day with friends and family.
The band will perform at the Barrington White House on Thursday, July 4th, with the music beginning at 11:30 am and ending at noon. Tickets to listen to the Chicago Brass Band Quintet are free, and interested parties can register for the show online.
