Fans of the Beatles will want to make a note in their Journals for next month, as a top tribute band is planning a tour stop in Barrington.
American English, an acclaimed Beatles tribute band, is getting ready to embark on a tour with a stop in Barrington on the horizon, and fans of the famous Fab Four will want to get tickets while they are still available.
The event, which is sponsored by Barrington Bank and Trust Company, will be held using an outdoor drive-in format to help attendees enjoy a dose of nostalgia.
One of the leading Beatles tributes, the group has finished first in several competitions like Beatlefest, standing out for their soundalike skills. Poster printing is a classic way to promote such concerts with a blend of imagery and text to excite potential attendees in the community.
American English has shared the stage with other famous acts like The Grassroots and The Neville Brothers, bringing classic '60s pop and rock to fans. Parking at the host site is on a first come, first served basis, and attendees are welcome to bring chairs, small tables, and food from home.
The North Commuter Lot in Barrington will host the outdoor concert on Friday, July 25 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Tickets cost $35 per car, with a limit of six occupants per vehicle.
