Barrington artists to display latest works

Art enthusiasts will want to set some time aside to indulge in the works of local artists in the Barrington area next month.

The Barrington Area Artists Association (BAAA) has announced the date for the third annual showing of local art. The upcoming Art Night Out will be held at Barrington’s White House in a few weeks, and is an opportunity to view the works of 20 award-winning artists from the Barrington area.

Artists will display art from several genres, featuring oil, watercolor, sculptures, and ceramic art. Visitors will spend time with special guests from the Kaleidoscope School of Art. Collectors and purveyors of art will want to stick around for the auction of beautiful works of art. The proceeds from these purchases will be invested in Barrington’s White House for future community events.

Visitors can view pieces from artists like Pooja Chatterji, Karen Compton, Esther Park, Ric Pass, and Janette Tepas.

The Barrington White House has announced that the Art Night Out is an in-person event. Visitors who want to purchase tickets for the event must do so at the venue. Flyer printing and other Forms of marketing are often used to spread the word about this sort of event.

The doors open on Thursday, November 16 at 6:00 PM, though the best chance to purchase art is between 4:00 and 8:00 PM on Friday, November 17. Register for the Art Night Out by emailing culturalevents@barringtonswhitehouse.com.
