The Barrington area will be wrapping up the tail end of the summer season with an event that will show some love to local crafters.
The Arboretum Mall in South Barrington will be playing host to The Summer Craft Show, which is a production of BrightStar Events. It will give area makers sometime in the spotlight, and everyone is invited to come and browse through their creations in air-conditioned comfort.
The makers on the roster will have works on offer that range from toiletries and accessories to clothing, toys, wooden items, and textiles. It will be open throughout the weekend, and the vendor tables will be set up for the public to explore around the fountain. To help add to the festive atmosphere, a live band will supply entertainment on the Saturday, and everyone is invited to stop by and support some local small businesses.
The scheduled start time for both days of the craft show is 11:00 am. A pop-up market gives makers an opportunity to showcase their talents, and Business Cards for an event will be available for ordering from area business card printing companies.
The Arboretum Mall will be welcoming this special end of summer event on August 27 and 28. Everyone is welcome to stop by the show to do some browsing and buying.
