Alzheimers discussion to take place in in Barrington

A professional will give a talk on Alzheimer's disease next month.

The disease is disastrous to the individual suffering from it and those around them. Alzheimer's Association Scientific Programs and Outreach director Keith Fargo has a Ph.D. and is a pivotal part of Alzheimer's research. He heads study programs and leading research in order to accelerate the organization's mission for Alzheimer's to be a thing of the past.

Dr. Fargo and a specialized research team are responsible for the Alzheimer's Association International Conference's (AAIC) scientific programming. The AAIC is the biggest and most notable global conference for dementia study. Each year, it guides more than podium lectures and more than 2,400 poster exhibits on the details of dementia to thousands of researchers around from around the world.

This upcoming talk in Barrington involves the most recent studies and results on how Alzheimer’s may be treated in the future. Dr. Fargo will detail new scientific test results and data that might affect further approaches to Alzheimer's medical care.

In addition to Dr. Fargo, a group of researchers from the Chicago area will disclose their personal research and participate in a Q&A with audience members. The cost is $15 to attend. The discussion will take place in Barrington's White House at 145 Main Street on February 16 from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
