Suwanee to host international night market

An outdoor market will open for two days in Suwanee that features vendors from several cultures.

The Atlanta International Night Market is an event where people can browse numerous food and retail vendors while enjoying free live performances. Many kinds of food will be sold at the marketplace, such as Asian street food and North African dishes. People can come to the venue with personal chairs and blankets to watch the performances. Dogs on leashes are also allowed to attend the market. Shuttles will be running at the event, and there will be onsite parking. Vendors who take part in family-friendly cultural events like this may bring promotional Pens to give away to their booth visitors.

Organizations that want to share their culture with the community can register for the International Village, a space where booths hold educational activities for attendees and sell goods for fundraisers. The stalls in the village will be judged on their decorations, activities, and cultural education. Three nonprofits will win cash prizes worth up to $1,000. Organizations with activities at their stalls may qualify for reimbursements for activity supplies.

The market will be held at Suwanee’s town center on Friday, April 19 from 5:00pm to 10:00pm and Saturday, April 20th from 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Parking and admission to the marketplace is free for all attendees.
