This June, Suwanee will be treated to a day filled with active fun, and it will be a celebration of freedom and community spirit.
The 2nd annual Find Your Fire 5K and Freedom Fest will be a full day of activities being brought to the city thanks to the efforts of StillFire Brewing. The festivities will begin in the morning, and there will be ways for all ages to get involved.
The day will kick off with the 5k run, where those age 21 and up will be able to make stops at the three kiosks serving pours of craft beer along the way. Registrants can choose to run or walk, and a Fun Run is available for kids aged 12 and under. To thank everyone for coming out, an assortment of Promotional Products will be handed out, including color changing root beer glasses for the kids.
Once the race has drawn to a close, it will be time for the participants to enjoy Freedom Fest. This will feature live music, food, a dunk tank, and a costume contest. While everyone has fun, they can feel good knowing they are supporting pediatric cancer, as well as their local firefighter families.
Suwanee is set to see runners and walkers of all ages join in its 5k and Freedom Fest on Saturday, June 27. The staging area will be at StillFire Brewing.
