The Suwanee American Craft Beer Fest is a popular local event, and over a decade ago, its organizers decided to offer a sister activity for those who prefer a glass of wine.
The 11th annual Suwanee Wine Festival is scheduled for November, and tickets are expected to sell out fast. It will be held in Suwanee Town Center Park, and each registrant will receive unlimited sample sips of the various vinos.
The wine that will be included in the mix will be selected by experts for TopShelf Beverage. At least 150 wines will be on offer, and they will represent wineries from all over the world. A special Georgia only are will showcase vintage produced in the state, and live music, a makers’ market and food trucks are just some of what will round out the celebration. Those who prefer other libations will be able to enjoy seltzers, beers and ready to drink cocktails. The function is limited to people over age 21 only, and pets will not be permitted.
Fall festivals are a common sight during the autumn months, and many of these feature beer or wine tastings. Tasting glasses and other souvenirs for those who take part can be ordered from a printing services company that offers custom corporate gift options.
The 2024 Suwanee Wine Fest will be celebrating the fruit of the vine on November 2nd. The fun will run from 12:00 pm until 4:30 pm.
