Suwanee golf tourney helps cats in need
A Suwanee area rescue group that gives cats a helping hand will once again be raising money by hosting its 5th annual fundraising golf tournament.
CatRangers’ annual mixer will be taking place at Lanier Islands Legacy Course and St. Ives Country Club, and a variety of gifts will be up for grabs for the top players.
The day will start when the registration table opens in the early morning, and everyone can mix and mingle over breakfast and coffee. When the shotgun fires, it will be time to start the games, and lunch will be served at the turn. Those interested can choose from single, twosome, threesome, and foursome tickets, and Super Tickets, which come with four prize draw tickets and two mulligans (second shots) may be purchased in advance as well.
As with many fundraisers, the organizers have created a sponsorship program for this annual gathering. There are various options for this, and they also welcome the donation of corporate gifts in kind, which may be used for draw prizes and other giveaway.
This day of fun in the sun that will do a good turn for Suwanee’s felines in need of a second chance is scheduled for Tuesday, June 10. Anyone who requires more details, or who is ready to secure their spot or sponsorship package, can do so through the CatRangers website.
