Roswell's annual holiday season festivities will get underway in early December this year, with 610 South Atlanta Street as its starting point.
Always a popular event with friends, neighbors, and families, Print companies in Roswell will no doubt already be preparing their Banners and Posters ahead of the traditional lighting up of Roswell’s Historic Town Square.
Guests coming to the evening with can look forward to a host of activities, including a reading by Mayor Jere Wood of the traditional Christmas story ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.
There will also be a choral performance given by pupils from Esther Jackson, Hillside, and River Eves Elementary schools.
Roswell Adult Recreation Center will play host to Santa and his elves on the night, with free transport provided by the special Holiday Bus from 6:00 pm. As well as being able to have their photo taken with the cuddly present-giver, kids will be able to buy their own gifts for friends and family.
Any child under 12 is welcome to attend the center, with a number of fun things for them to do, such as coloring and button-making.
With the event starting at 5:00 pm on Saturday, December 6, there will also be a special performance put on by the Roswell Ramblers Chorus.
