Empowerment class helps Marietta youth grow

Parents in Marietta looking for positive and memorable experiences for their children this summer will want to make a note in their Journals, as an empowerment class is coming to town.

The Rad Kids 5-7 Year Old Class 2025 will open its doors in a few weeks to Marietta children between five and seven years old who want to grow their self-esteem and enjoy the benefits of empowerment. The summer class is being organized by the Marietta Police Department as part of the department’s community outreach program.

The department is hoping to use the class as a way to show its dedication to protecting citizens of all ages in all ways possible. Children who attend this year’s Rad Kids program will learn through the department’s safety education program, which covers several important topics. Brochure printing is an effective way to share information with parents interested in enrolling their children in such classes and summer programs.

Instructors will talk about outdoor, vehicle, internet, home, and school safety topics. Students will also learn more about bullying and bully prevention in these settings. Interested parties can contact Officer Paul Hill for more information.

The class will be held at 105 Park Street SE in Marietta, starting Monday, June 16th, at 9:00 AM. Class sessions will be two hours long. Enrollment is open online, starting at $10 per child.
