Port St. Lucie goes to nearby food festival
Port St. Lucie ribs and wings connoisseurs will be heading to the 6th Annual 2025 Treasure Coast Ribs and Wings Festival coming to the area in early March.
The three-day event will feature plenty of chicken wings and pork ribs along with themed drinks and craft beer. Music will be performed by 10 bands on two stages, including tribute acts The Petty Experience on Friday night and Dark Side of the Sol on Saturday afternoon.
There will also be a BBQ Cook Off, and the competition will have an area reserved for pitmasters and their smokers. Snacks will also be available for purchase.
The event will also have an art and craft area for artists and craftspeople to display and sell their original items, and another will be set up for commercial exhibitors.
The 6th annual 2025 Treasure Coast Ribs and Wings Festival will take place at Hutchinson Island Causeway's Cove Marina in Fort Pierce on Friday, March 7th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm; Saturday, March 8th from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm; and Sunday, March 9th from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Winners of cook-offs like this often have pictures taken of them and their prize-winning entries. These photos may then go to local print shops for enlarged duplicates to be framed and displayed in their businesses and homes.
