Easter egg-stravaganza returns to Port St. Lucie
Families and spectators might be interested in an egg-citing day of discovery and adventure at Whispering Pines Park this month.
This year, the Easter Egg Hunt will be held in mid-April to benefit the Treasure Coast Food Bank, a local nonprofit for needy families in the region.
The entire community is welcome to attend the City of Port St. Lucie’s annual Easter egg hunt celebration. This holiday event is free to the public and will feature 60,000 colorful eggs dotted across five baseball fields. A photo session with the Easter Bunny will add to the day's activities.
Attendees are encouraged to arrive for this event before 9 am, and bring canned goods to support the local Food Bank's benefit. The egg hunt is organized into groups based on age, with parents accompanying children 3 years and under, and other age groups including 4-5, 6-7, 8-9, and up to 10-11 years old.
The event has free parking for attendees. Designated areas for age groups to egg hunt often use banner printing to guide hunters across parks and fields safely.
The Easter egg hunt will take place on Saturday, April 19, beginning at 9 am at Whispering Pines Park, located at 800 Southwest Darwin Boulevard, Port St. Lucie. For more details and information, interested parties can reach out to the Special Events Department at (772)-344-4139.
