Families interested in child-friendly themed experiences in Palm Coast can participate in two events in October.
The Halloween Trunk or Treat event is a community experience co-created by The Sunday Local and the Serendipity Marketplace. The program will be held at Palm Coast Lanes and will feature themed decorations, places for photo ops, and a market with local businesses. People can decorate their cars and compete to see who has the best themed trunk. There will also be live music and DJ entertainment at the bowling alley.
The other event will be the Hall of Terror, which is a two-day festival that will turn Palm Coast Fire Station 21 into a spooky haunted house. The theme for this year’s attraction will be Universal Monsters. There will be many food trucks attending the event, including Traveling Tom's Coffee, This Guy's Fries, and Love Handles BBQ. People can sign up for the event to become scare actors and makeup artists. Volunteers may also help set up the event.
The Halloween Trunk or Treat activity will be on Saturday, October 10 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. There is no cost for families to participate in the trunk or treating. The Hall of Terror will be open on Friday, October 30 and Saturday, October 31 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Cities that put together seasonal attractions such as these may use poster printing services to promote their special events to local families.
