The Palm Coast Community Center will organize a convention in April that will connect consumers with community partners who can help them with housing plans.
The Flagler and Palm Coast Housing Fair is an in-person experience that helps people create housing plans and learning about what local housing plans are available. The convention has resources for first-time buyers, renovators, and renters. There will be organizations at the housing fair that can provide rehab assistance, down payment assistance, and financial education to consumers. People can also get their housing questions answered at the event.
Attendees can attend several presentations during the housing convention. This year’s speakers will include professionals like Anna Marie Long, Carol Mini, and Patrick Buckley. There will also be many businesses with classes at the fair, such as Brown & Brown Insurance, Coast Title Insurance, and FL Community Legal Services. People can attend discussions on topics like what consumers should know before they close on a house and how to navigate insurance for homeowners.
The housing fair will be held on Saturday, April 11th from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. There is no cost to browse the resource booths and vendors at the convention, and registration won’t be required for visitors. Businesses that have stalls at community fairs like this may draw in more consumers by offering visitors Promotional Products.
